New Hotness Prevails! A very "chaotic" game, resulted in the seasoned Chaotica falling to the younger Legion of Doom. The LoD had their fortunes turn around in this paliminary playoff 'bout, and won their first ever playoff game 2-1.
"We definitely played our best game of the season," told Animal after the game. "It's nice to see such a turn around after the season we had.."
A turn around indeed! After losing their last 6 games of their 9 game season, the Legion scored the first TD in the opening minutes. Ironhide connected a Long Bomb pass to #9 Foghorn Leghorn. After Chaotica came back to the pitched they pushed to get the equalizer, but were held off by the young squad.
The 2nd half showed more of the same and LoD scored early in that half as well. Chaotica managed to score before the end of the game.. Now LoD eagerly wait for their 2nd round appoinents. |

LoD Enter Playoffs After a Tough Season The LoD have had a tough go of it this season, getting points and scoring TD's. A playoff position that is probably higher than a team of their skillset might mean an early exit from the post season as well.
"We're going to do our beast -- erm I mean best and thats all I can ask of the guys," said Coach Savage. "No matter who we see in the post season, they'll have a tough game in us!" |

LoD Embarressed by Seasoned Chaos Team The LoD had their worst defeat of the season tonight, losing 2-0 to Chaotica. The older wiser Chaos mopped the field, with the bodies of the younger handsomer Chaos squad. And in the dying seconds of the game, Chaotica had the Legion rolling around the ground in agony.
"Well we jumped the gun, we shouldn't have made this challenge now and we definitely won't be facing this team again for a long time. We had a lot of bad luck mixed with playing a veteran squad. It was a bad combination for us," told coach Doctor Doom after the game.
The LoD are on a 2 game winless streak, and hope to make a turn around vs Hah Isfet later this week. |

LoD Take League By Storm, 3-1-0 The Legion of Doom are taking the MHBBL by storm scoring some upset victories. Last season's 2nd place team, GutRot and the highly touted Decaying Devas have been 2 of the teams to fall to the Legion.
Tomorrow night the LoD look to make it 4-1 overall this season as they take on Desenascano. |
