Some people think that the Captain is an emblem of all that is good and right about the game of Bloodbowl: how is can elevate the spirit and benefit the common man. He is well known for distrubuting food and money in the poorest areas of the towns and cities that the team visits.
Most people, however, think that the Captain is a brain damaged veteran of the Elf wars who doesn't know what money is, who gets off on throwing food and colored pieces of paper at random strangers, and who doesn't bathe nearly enough.
In either case, Coach likes that the Captain has a good eye and a good arm and doesn't give a shit about what he does with his time and money, so long as the Captian always stands downwind.
